AQUA ULTRAVIOLET systems are extremely easy to install. Each unit is set up to be installed in the plumbing system of your aquarium, usually after a wet-dry pump or inline of a canister filter return. These units are installed outside the aquarium usually in your cabinet or along the back of the tank. Simply cut your return hose & plug both ends into the sterilizer. A built in indicator lets you know that the sterilizer is on & working. Watertight NEMA housings assure years of durable, care free use. Lamp changes are easily accomplished thanks to one end bulbs. All Aqua Ultraviolet sterilizers have a built in Quartz Sleeve that allows the bulb to reach its optimum temperature for maximum effectiveness. Made to run 24 hours a day.
